You won’t even need a GoHighLevel API integration key! To connect your ScoreApp quiz to your GoHighLevel CRM:

  • Log into both platforms, and create a Custom Field in GoHighLevel (it’ll store all the leads that come through your quiz)
  • On ScoreApp, go to Integrate, find GoHighLevel, and click Configure. Then, when a pop-up appears, press Click to Authenticate and confirm it

Step 3: Customise your ScoreApp and GoHighLevel integration

Now that the two tools can talk to each other, you must decide what they’re going to say. What data is your ScoreApp quiz going to add to your GoHighLevel CRM?

In the same Integrate section:

  • Map leads form fields – Whenever someone signs up for your quiz lead magnet, they’ll be automatically added as a GoHighLevel contact. ScoreApp will also share their First Name, Last Name, and Email. If that’s all you need, jump to the next step. If you wish to collect additional data (like their phone number or business website), map it here
  • Map results fields – This allows you to add key info about each ScoreApp lead to your GoHighLevel CRM, making the rest of your funnel super personalised. So, what do you wish to focus on? For example, this could be someone’s quiz score, their highest or lowest category, their answer to a specific question, and so on.
