Launching ‘open text’ questions
A popular request from our users has been to include the ability to add open text questions to their Scorecard. This feature is now LIVE and can be accessed under the ‘Questions’ tab, ‘Add question type’ and then ‘Open text’.

We’ve added a new individual category section. This new section gives plenty of space to write feedback on the winning ‘category’.
